Our Associate Coaches - their background and style of coaching

Click the coach's name or their picture to read more about them.

Why would I need a coach?

Friends and family can provide support and encouragement which is important, but they are often affected by what you do, so are not impartial and are likely to have their own agendas for you. Also they are not trained coaches.

Is coaching like counseling?

No - counseling is primarily about you talking and probably reflecting a lot on the past. With coaching you talk, primarily about the present and future and you set regular actions to accomplish between coaching sessions to speed up your progress to your goals.

Other coaching and complimentary services

Jackie Fletcher

Jackie is an experienced life and career coach - formerly an insolvency practitioner who became very aware of the pressures of working in the corporate world. Now a professionally qualified life coach, Jackie enjoys coaching others to achieve their full potential for a satisfying and meaningful life, and she also mentors other coaches.

Jackie has diplomas in Business Performance and Life Coaching, is licensed in career coaching and holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. In addition, Jackie is trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), an effective way of neutralising the negative emotional responses one has. EFT is particularly useful for getting over painful or traumatic memories, clearing phobias and preparing for new situations with greater confidence.

Jackie primarily assists with life coaching and career coaching for individuals. Her style is warm, supportive and motivating, and very professional. She has many resources and extensive experience when it comes to coaching which adds value to her clients and the team of coaches. Jackie prefers to coach by phone unless she is also combining EFT which she would generally deliver face to face in Dorset or South Hampshire.
