Carol McLachlan
Carol McLachlan FCA is a chartered accountant, NLP practitioner and (business/executive/personal development) coach. During her 18 year career with Ernst & Young she was not only a client handler in Assurance Services but also a personal developer and practice manager as their Regional Resource Director. This unique background has equipped Carol with a broad range of experience and skills which enable her to add exceptional value to her clients. She supports businesses and individuals, on a one to one and group basis, working in partnership, to set goals, clear obstacles, take action and move forward in their chosen direction. Carol is also a prolific writer on personal development, with regular articles in the international business journals, including her ‘agony aunt' columns. She does pro bono work for the Chartered Accountants Benevolent Society as a confidante and is a regular speaker at Institute of Chartered Accountant events.
