Massive career and confidence escalation
Geoff has been coaching me for 5 years during which time I progressed from product sales (point of sale) to multi-million pound solution sales. I now advise others how to help them grow their business. During the 5 years the main benefits of coaching have been I have stayed permanently outside my comfort zone, constantly pushing myself and have consequently benefited from a massive increase in self confidence.
Michelle Andre - Partner Account Manager, Microsoft

See the wood for the trees

During the coaching process you will have someone to bounce ideas with, help you gain different perspectives and help you to tap into your wisdom. Without coaching you may continue to do what you've always done and continue to get what we've always got.

Should you ever find your self a little overwhelmed in your role? Self doubts can slip in as well as reduced efficiency. Coaching helps you re build confidence, efficiency and the feeling of being in control. It also gives you a little space each session to STOP, step back and re gain perspective.

“After a couple of coaching session I realised that I was spinning too many plates and taking on too many tasks in my work environment. I was constantly feeling tired and drained of energy and my work was beginning to define me as a person. Coaching has taught me to be more task related and not scared to delegate”

Work life balance

In some cultures it's easy to get sucked into long working hours despite evidence that efficiency reduces. While you can't change a whole culture on you own, coaching does give individuals tools to set boundaries and gain greater choices so that they don't HAVE to work long hours.

“I used to work crazy hours and travel all over the world. It looked like a glamorous lifestyle but I was not happy, I wasn't treating myself well. I loved the job but what I really wanted was a more full-filling social life and the chance to find a partner. Coaching helped me realise what I could change and I started carving out time for my personal needs and telling the partners which evenings I would just not work late”

Managing others performance
I am a Nikken Independent Wellness Consultant with a large group of people under me. It is my responsibility to train these people but there was one person who was proving to be a challenge for me and was under-performing, so I asked for Fiona's help. In a one to one coaching session with Fiona I learned some new approaches in ways to inspire my Distributor to be more focused. That was at the beginning of March and I am very happy to say that by the end of March, the Distributor's turnover has doubled and she is a very happy lady!
