Alan Gee
“Why waste any part of any day, you're only on the planet once!” is Alan's moto. He encourages his clients to achieve their full potential, make the most of their situation and enjoy life to the full. Before discovering coaching (and training with the coaching academy) Alan worked in large companies in IT and Financial Services, he has also run his own businesses and studied in his spare time. Today he coaches, continues to quench his own thirst for life and learning, creates time to foster children with his partner and between interesting hobbies is also currently writing a book. Alan certainly lives his moto and is an inspiration to others.
Alan is part of the Great Business Coaching team which specialises in coaching financial advisers and other professional advisers. “I have worked a lot with financial advisers and was one in the past. I understand their business and the challenges they face. I know that it's easy for them to get bogged down in so much stuff, pressure and hassle that their quality of life suffers big time. I really enjoy helping them to clarify their priorities and enable ing them to make the changes in the way they work or think which make the biggest positive difference”.
Alan also coaches a wider range of people who are not achieving the life balance that they want, perhaps not getting to the gym or not enjoying the social life or relationships they want. His wide business knowledge is very helpful to any client in business and his personal experiences of separation, having his own daughter and fostering other kids gives him an insight into the delicate and important role life coaching plays when couples separate. He has also helped people study for and pass exams, develop strategies for new relationships and complete whatever is their next step to achieving the life that they want.

Alan is flexible, resourceful and he goes the extra mile to help his clients achieve their goals. He is very happy to coach by phone or in person and provides email coaching to some clients.
